Amita Nathwani

Amita Nathwani, MA Ayur, is a practitioner, author, and educator in the field of Ayurvedic medicine, with over 20 years of experience. She holds a BA and master’s degree in Ayurveda and has spent her career promoting and teaching its principles and practices. Her work centers around applying traditional Ayurvedic knowledge to address modern health challenges. Dr Nathwani is a faculty member at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, where she aims to promote a more holistic and integrated approach to Ayurveda in the medical curriculum.
