Anar Musavi

Anar Musavi, PhD is a passionate researcher about lipids, vitamins and other micronutrients, and their impact on human life. He is a Laboratory Manager at Health Diagnostics and Research Institute located in South Amboy, New Jersey. He received his doctorate degree in Food Engineering from Ankara University, Türkiye and specializes in development of new testing methods related to food industry, environmental pollutants, and human health.
