Born between 1979 and 1994, and also known as Generation Y, by 2025 Millennials will make up 75% of the workforce, far surpassing Generation X and Baby Boomers. In 2019, Millennials surpassed Baby Boomers as the nation’s largest living adult generation in general. Currently ranging in age from their late 20s to their early 40s, Millennials are at a prime age to optimize their current health while reducing the risk of future chronic diseases.
