Since its release in 2001, our 200 mg of Zen product has become a top-seller for Allergy Research Group. In 2014, we released Liposomal Zen, with increased bioavailability. Now, the Zen name has been expanded to include multiple products with more targeted uses.
All Zen products contain gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and L-theanine, an amino acid derivative found naturally in green tea (Camellia sinensis)**. Together, they help support healthy mood and a feeling of being relaxed without sedation.*

Zen Adapt with Sensoril® enhances the actions of GABA and L-theanine with the addition of Sensoril®, a pure water extract of ashwagandha. This ancient Ayurvedic herb is well-known in Alternative and Functional Medicine. Sensoril® has been shown to help alleviate the physical, emotional, and mental effects of stress and tension.*
Zen Sleep with P5P and 5-HTP enhances the actions of GABA and L-theanine with the addition of vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), the precursor to serotonin and melatonin. This combination helps promote a more deeply relaxed state, and necessary cofactors for the body to produce melatonin, supporting normal, healthy sleep.*
